DESOTO, TEXAS – It’s not officially summer just yet, but it sure does feel that way with temperatures already climbing into the hundreds ahead of the official summer day, June 21.

Just ahead of the official day of summer, the official opening day for Mosley Pool in Desoto will be Saturday, June 18 from 11 A.M. to 6 P.M.

Most of Moseley Pool facilities will be open to the public but due to construction many new amenities will not yet be open to its visitors.

Like most construction projects today, the construction at Moseley Pool has been hindered due to supply chain issues which have slowed progress of newer amenities and attractions.

Visitors will still have access to existing pool facilities as well as the new locker rooms, restrooms and concession stand.

Admission to Moseley Pool is to be paid with cash with no bills over $20 and all major credit cards will be accepted. Refunds will not be available and outside food or drinks are prohibited.

Visitors with pool I.D. cards that were previously issued will be accepted and Desoto residents will receive residential rates with a membership card from the Desoto recreation and fitness center, current driver’s license and a Desoto ISD School I.D. card.

Moseley Pool is located on 1300 Honor Drive in Desoto.

More information including hours of operation and contact number can be found here.
