The DeSoto Police Department is asking for the publics help in locating a man accused of threatening a mosque according to a news release.
The incident took place at the Desoto House of Peace & Community Center at the 500 block of West Beltline Road on Tuesday at approximately 9:00 PM police said.
Police need help in identifying the man as he allegedly threatened to harm congregants and their families at the mosque according to the release.
Eyewitnesses reported that the suspect left the scene in a pearl-white Nissan Frontier according to police.
If anyone has any information about this man, they are asked to contact detectives at 469-658-3050.
This investigation remains ongoing.
DeSoto Police are not releasing any additional details or information.
