DeSoto Eagles Celebrate Senior Night with Gritty Win Over Skyline

In a hard-fought battle riddled with penalties, the DeSoto Eagles managed to secure a victory against the Skyline Raiders with a final score of 42-17.

It was penalties galore for both DeSoto and Skyline as the Eagles routed the Raiders to open district play and remain unbeaten.

All night long, referees were handing out flags like it was candy on Halloween.

While the win may have been marked by a slew of infractions, the Eagles’ determination and resilience prevailed on the field.

From the onset, penalties marred the game as both teams struggled to maintain discipline.

Flags flew for various infractions, including holding, false starts, personal fouls, and pass interference.

However, amidst the chaos, the Eagles found opportunities and capitalized on their opponent’s errors.

The Eagles marked Senior Night with a hard-fought victory over the Raiders.

Eagles quarterback DJ Baily continues to deliver good play, completing 8-of-13 passes for 188 yards and two touchdowns.

Senior running back Marvin Duffey ran for 90 yards on 13 attempts and scored three touchdowns in routing the Raiders.
