DeSoto Set to Host Volunteer Fair

The City of DeSoto has announced its upcoming Volunteer Fair, set to take place on August 8, at 6:00 PM.

The event will be held in the Bluebonnet Room of the DeSoto Civic Center, located at 211 E. Pleasant Run Rd., DeSoto, TX 75115.

The Volunteer Fair is looking to connect community members with various volunteer opportunities available within the city.

Attendees will have the chance to explore how they can contribute their time and talents to the City of DeSoto’s boards and commissions, among other opportunities.

The fair helps provide opportunities for residents to learn how they can get involved in their community and make an impact.

Light refreshments will be provided, creating a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere for networking and engagement.
