United Way of Metropolitan Dallas is calling for vendors to participate in its upcoming Food & Health Resources Fair.
The fair is set to take place on Saturday, Nov. 16, at Fair Park in Dallas.
The event is free for pre-registered guests and will offer an opportunity for community organizations, businesses, and service providers.
The fair is a chance to connect with local families and share valuable resources.
The fair will focus on food distribution, health screenings, and providing attendees with access to essential services and information from community partners.
In addition to food and health resources, there will be activities for children, giveaways, and more, making the event a family-friendly experience.
Vendors are invited to host tables or activities to present their services to the community and engage directly with attendees.
The event provides an excellent platform to raise awareness and distribute information about health, wellness, and social services available to families in need.
The event schedule is as follows:
- Setup: Friday, November 15, from 3 PM to 5 PM, or Saturday, November 16, from 7 AM to 9 AM.
- Event: Saturday, November 16, from 10 AM to 2 PM.
- Cleanup: Saturday, November 16, from 2 PM to 4 PM.
Vendors are required to remain at the event for its full duration, and volunteers will be available to assist with setup and teardown.
