Winsome Prime set to Open in Dallas’ Trinity Groves

The award-winning hospitality veterans behind Houston’s renowned The Warwick Houston Restaurant are bringing their signature brand to Dallas with the opening of Winsome Prime.

The new restaurant, slated to open this spring in the bustling Trinity Groves neighborhood, promises to deliver an elevated take on New American fare, with a distinct Southern influence and a strong focus on prime steaks.

“We were drawn to the Dallas metroplex due to its sophistication and attention to detail in its culinary and craft cocktail scene,” said co-owner Rob Wright. “Future guests can expect the superb culinary experience we are known for in Houston, but with an innovative approach to the dishes that have evolved with our brand.”

Located in the former Network Bar space at 331 Singleton Blvd., Winsome Prime will also adopt the name of the Houston location, which has become a favorite among celebrities and athletes.

The high-profile individuals include Shaquille O’Neal, Travis Scott, Bun B, NFL Hall of Famers Terrell Owens and Andre Johnson, and various local politicians.

The Warwick Houston Restaurant, founded in 2022 by restaurateurs Rob Wright, Mazen Baltagi, Steve Rogers, and Kurt-Ogechi Agomuo, has earned a reputation for its award-winning concepts, ranging from sports bars to private event venues.

Dallas was an obvious next step for the group as they sought to expand the Winsome brand.

At the heart of Winsome Prime’s culinary offerings is the group’s culinary director, Jabril Riddick, who has crafted a menu that features a Cajun twist on beloved Southern dishes, with a larger emphasis on steak-forward options.

Standout dishes include the Hawaiian ribeye, Snapper Orleans, collard green risotto, and Chicken Royale, as well as new sushi offerings that promise to delight guests.

The restaurant’s design is aimed at creating a seamless transition from dining to relaxation, with a vibrant bar area and lively music.

The cocktail menu is being carefully curated to complement the inventive dishes, making it an ideal spot for pre- or post-dinner drinks and socializing with friends.
