DALLAS — Fans attending Dallas Mavericks games at the American Airlines Center this season can expect an upgraded dining and beverage experience as the team and its hospitality partner, Levy, introduce new restaurant-quality food, craft cocktails, and technology-driven concession options.
The Mavericks announced the continuation of their collaboration with Levy and 50 Eggs Hospitality Group, along with partnerships with top restaurant brands such as Uchi, Loro, Avra, Catch, The Mexican and Wakuda.
These restaurants will host rotating pregame and halftime experiences inside the arena’s VIP spaces, blending fine dining with game day excitement.
New this season are three frictionless concession stands powered by Amazon’s Just Walk Out technology, located at Chef’s Corner West, Chef’s Corner East and Grill Zone 326.
The technology aims to reduce wait times and enhance convenience for fans throughout the venue.
“The introduction of our elevated game day concessions menu last season, in partnership with Levy, was the first step in establishing American Airlines Center as a premier destination for basketball fans and foodies alike,” said Dallas Mavericks Chief Venue Officer Theo Hodges. “This season, we are building on that momentum as we continue to prioritize the fan experience by rolling out hand-crafted cocktails and rotating culinary collaborations, keeping things fresh for our fans while telling a broader story with each of this season’s Theme Nights.”
The new drink lineup includes six hand-crafted cocktails, such as the Big Tex Margarita and Smokey Paloma, designed to complement a range of signature dishes.
Fans will also be able to purchase refillable Mavs-branded PATH Water bottles, adding an eco-friendly touch to the game day experience.
Food offerings will rotate throughout the 2025-26 season, reflecting Mavericks Theme Nights such as Pride Night, African American Heritage Night and Lunar New Year.
Items will range from rainbow cookies and tandoori mango curry wings to Southwestern quinoa bowls and bulgogi egg rolls.
Returning favorites include Zavala’s BBQ, Bonanno Brothers Pizza, Spring Chicken tenders and handmade Amish pretzels from Ben’s Pretzels.
Other menu staples feature 44 Farms’ Texas-sized Philly cheesesteaks, all-beef hot dogs, smash burgers, street tacos and churros from The Churro Factory.
Fans can expect special “Item of the Game” features announced via Mavs Gameday emails throughout the season.
The Mavericks open their season at home against the San Antonio Spurs on Wednesday, Oct. 22, marking the debut of the new culinary lineup.
