DALLAS — Immerse yourself in fine holiday dining as Winsome Prime will open on Christmas Day, offering dinner service from 4 to 10 p.m. at its Trinity Groves location with a holiday menu that includes several vegan options.
The restaurant, located at 331 Singleton Blvd., will serve a range of signature dishes, including the Hawaiian ribeye, crab beignets, jerk-seasoned lamb chops and prime-cut steaks.
Seafood offerings include spinach-stuffed salmon and Snapper Orleans, a blackened snapper filet served over collard green risotto and topped with an Orleans-style sauce made with crab and shrimp.
Traditional sides will also be available, such as collard greens, three-cheese macaroni and cheese, bacon jam Brussels sprouts and garlic mashed potatoes.

Vegan entrées include the “Shroom” Steak, a marinated portobello mushroom, and Squashing Beef, a roasted spaghetti squash dish tossed in vegan pesto cream with roasted oyster mushrooms.
Dessert options for Christmas Day include Mom’s Carrot Cake, Rainbow Cake, Rum Butter Cake and French Toast Bread Pudding.
