This Father’s Day, upscale Dallas steakhouse Winsome Prime will debut its weekend brunch service, offering Southern-inspired dishes with a creative twist. The menu launches Saturday, June 14, and will be available Saturdays and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Highlights include Smoked Oxtail Hash, Lobster Benedict, Sweet Potato Chicken ’n’ Waffles (topped with candied yams and walnut brittle), and Gulf Shrimp & Grits.
A standout is the 12-ounce crispy lobster tail served on a buttered croissant with poached eggs and hollandaise.

Guests can preview the menu during soft launch tastings June 7–8 (same hours; reservations encouraged).
To celebrate Father’s Day, Winsome Prime will host “A Toast to Fatherhood” on June 14 in partnership with Black Menswear, The Good Dad Tribe, and other local groups.
The family-friendly event aims to honor DFW fathers with cuisine, conversation, and community in a stylish setting.
