DALLAS — Winsome Prime is introducing seasonal cocktails, expanding its weekend brunch offerings and preparing a special Thanksgiving dining experience as the Dallas restaurant rolls out its fall menu.
The restaurant, located at 331 Singleton Blvd. in the Trinity Groves area of West Dallas, announced that its seasonal additions include a fall-inspired espresso cocktail flight, new specialty drinks and a weekend brunch special called Girls’ Brunch.
The Fall Espresso Cocktail Flight features three espresso-based alcoholic beverages inspired by traditional autumn flavors: Hazelnut Espresso, Cinnamon Brown Sugar Espresso and Pumpkin Pie Espresso.
Beginning Monday, Oct. 26, the restaurant will introduce three additional cocktails: the Cajun Caviar Martini, Nearest Exit and Key Lime Pie Martini.
The additions expand the restaurant’s beverage selection ahead of the holiday season.
Winsome Prime has also introduced Girls’ Brunch, a weekend dining special available Saturdays and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Priced at $22 per person, the special includes a choice of avocado toast or lemon pepper wings, followed by a selection of mini shrimp and grits or chicken and waffles. A mimosa is also included.
The special joins the restaurant’s existing brunch menu, which features Southern-inspired dishes, seafood and traditional breakfast offerings.
Winsome Prime is also preparing to welcome guests on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, Nov. 26, offering its regular brunch menu alongside a special holiday meal featuring traditional Thanksgiving dishes.
The restaurant will be open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. for the holiday.
For $35 per person, guests can choose between smoked turkey and Hawaiian-glazed ham, served with two sides. Options include cornbread dressing, garlic truffle mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese, or greens.
Cranberry sauce and gravy are included with the holiday meal.
Dessert options will include carrot cake and sweet potato pie. The restaurant did not specify whether desserts are included in the $35 price.
The Thanksgiving offerings provide another option for North Texas residents planning to celebrate the holiday without preparing a traditional meal at home.
Winsome Prime, which opened its Dallas location in 2025, features a menu combining steakhouse selections, seafood, Southern-inspired cuisine and specialty cocktails.
Reservations for Thanksgiving and other dining experiences can be made through the restaurant’s website at winsomeprime.com. Reservations are recommended, although walk-in seating may be available.
