SEAGOVILLE, Texas — Monster Mini Golf held a grand opening Saturday for a new indoor entertainment center in Seagoville, expanding the franchise to four locations across the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
The locally owned venue is located at 950 E. Malloy Bridge Road, Suite 104.
The Seagoville center, which is open seven days a week, joins Monster Mini Golf locations in Denton, Frisco and Keller.
The facility includes an 18-hole glow-in-the-dark miniature golf course decorated with monster-themed artwork incorporating local references.
Other attractions include an arcade, laser maze, interactive music and trivia, and private rooms for birthdays and group events.
State construction records list the Seagoville project as a 9,984-square-foot tenant build-out with an estimated cost of $450,000.
The privately funded work included the miniature golf course, arcade, party rooms, restrooms, lighting and interior finishes.
Owner Tamer Kadah said the project was intended to give Seagoville families another local entertainment option without requiring them to travel to other cities.
“I wanted to bring something to Seagoville that families didn’t have to drive somewhere else for,” Kadah said in the company’s announcement.
The grand opening included free miniature golf and arcade cards for the first 100 guests, according to Monster Mini Golf. The business also held a raffle for a birthday party package.

The Seagoville location is part of the company’s franchise system, under which independently owned venues operate with support from Monster Entertainment.
The brand operates more than 30 locations in the United States and Canada, although available attractions vary by location.
