CEDAR HILL, Texas — Communities across southern Dallas County will come together this month for the 2026 Best Southwest Hispanic Heritage Fest, a regional celebration featuring music, food, cultural activities and local vendors.
The festival is scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 19, from 5 to 10 p.m. at Valley Ridge Park, 2850 Park Ridge Drive in Cedar Hill.
The event will highlight Hispanic culture and traditions while bringing together residents from across the Best Southwest area.
Organizers are planning live music, food and cultural activities throughout the evening.
More than 15 vendors are also expected to participate, giving attendees an opportunity to shop and connect with businesses and organizations represented at the festival.
The event comes during Hispanic Heritage Month, which is observed nationally from Sept. 15 through Oct. 15.
The annual observance recognizes the histories, cultures and contributions of Americans whose ancestry traces to Spain, Mexico, the Caribbean, Central America and South America.
For the Best Southwest communities, the Cedar Hill festival provides a local opportunity to recognize that heritage while bringing families and residents together in a regional setting.
